One of bluegrass music’s most formidable bands, Russell Moore & IIIrd Tyme Out,  is announcing the departure of one of their long-time members, Justen Haynes, who has been the fiddle player for over 12 years.

Mountain Fever Records is pleased to announce the addition of North Carolina-based bluegrass band, ClayBank, to their roster. ClayBank will release their debut album for Mountain Fever Records Spring 2018.

The International Bluegrass Music Association’s two-time Vocal Group of the Year, Flatt Lonesome will be regular guest hosts on a new feature titled Flatt Lonesome Friday on Classic Country Radio with Daniel Mullins beginning this week. 

Joe Mullins & The Radio Ramblers (JMRR) are the recipients of the International Bluegrass Music Association’s (IBMA) Gospel Recorded Performance of the Year for their recent hit, “Sacred Memories,” from the their all-gospel album of the same title on Rebel Records.

The International Bluegrass Music Association held their annual awards ceremony in Raleigh, North Carolina on Thursday, September 28th, awarding Michael Cleveland & Flamekeeper with TWO collective IBMA honors.
